With a combined 30+ years of experience across claims management, healthcare, and vendor strategy, they design practical, strategic solutions that meet organizations where they are, strengthening existing programs and turning complexity into confidence.
Sara Kruser is a strategic workers’ compensation and injury management professional with a passion for turning complex programs into streamlined and data-driven operations. With years of experience in both claims and healthcare, she has a proven track record of reducing claim costs, speeding resolutions, and ensuring compliance all while keeping the human side front and center.As the founder and strategic lead of LucidOps, Sara partners with small and medium-sized businesses to simplify injury reporting, optimize existing tools, and create actionable strategies that protect employees and the bottom line. Known for her empathy, follow-through, and no-nonsense approach, she thrives on helping organizations feel confident and in control of programs they once found overwhelming.
When she’s not untangling claims or building smarter systems, Sara enjoys exploring the outdoors, traveling, and finding ways to make work a little less complicated for everyone.
Krissy Jordan is the Chief Experience Officer at LucidOps, where she drives growth and innovation in strategic injury program management. With over 15 years of experience in business development, client services, and operational leadership, she specializes in building lasting partnerships with clients, vendors, and industry experts to deliver tailored, results-driven solutions. Krissy excels at translating complex, often overwhelming processes into clear, practical strategies that empower small to medium businesses to manage claims with confidence and control. She holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and Organizations from the University of Denver and a BA in Political Science from the University of Northern Colorado, blending strategic insight with hands-on execution.
Outside of work, Krissy is most at home outdoors... whether that’s exploring new trails, soaking in hot springs, or chasing her next travel adventure. She values time unplugged, fresh air, and places that slow life down just enough to enjoy the view.
